Healthy fast comfort food you won’t feel guilty eating
Did you know when we eat or drink healthy natural foods (fruits, vegetables, lean meats, herbs, nuts and seeds) we create new stem cells (they are the repair system) in our body and when we consume highly saturated fat foods, highly processed foods we have no stem cell growth? Also, when you eat or drink anything in excess even healthy food you can cause damage. Too much of one type of food or drink causes imbalance and the body becomes stressed. Case in point 1 to 2 glasses of wine or beer per day builds stem cells (from hops and yeast) but over 2 glasses destroys them. Everything needs to be in moderation. When you consume foods always try to get as many different colors (orange, red, yellow, green, purple…) as you can throughout the week.
