We are what we put into our bodies (unhealthy Food, Stress and lack of Exercise)! Start with a little good of each (Food, Meditation, Introspection and Exercise) on a daily basis and build from there. It is progress that gets us to where we need to be. You don’t not have to be perfect or drastically change all at once. just take one step each day toward your goal. It took us time to get to where we are and it takes time to get to where we want to be. If or when we get stuck or in an unhealthy loop, remember that change is not easy. In one way or another we have all been knocked down, beat up or broken, but when we can dig deep inside and find something good out of it is when we can find change. Never let one negative in your life define you, as you have done hundreds of more positive that can refine you! Don’t stress about instant results and start to picture yourself in 30, 60 and 90 days from now. Visualization builds a positive mental picture and a journal is a great way to chart and see your progress. When you are able to look back you will begin to see the new path(s) you are creating in your life.
